Gene and Heather Vybiral

Following a short mission trip to Nicaragua in 2003, Gene Vybiral felt the call to serve alongside his wife Heather in the city of Matagalpa. After several years of prayer and preparation, they left their Texas home in 2013 to spend a year learning Spanish before the move to Nicaragua in 2014. With their two adopted daughters and in partnership with others, they share the love of Christ through practical programs that provide clean drinking water, basic medical needs, care for severely malnourished children, and pastoral education.
