Every three years Missionary Ventures want to gather our missionaries for a time of rest and fellowship, allowing missionaries to return to the field renewed.

We hope you will join us at Ascend: Pursuing God’s Mission Together this January 7-10, 2026. A full schedule and conference details will be released at a later date. The conference will take place at the Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center located in Leesburg, about an hour outside of Orlando, Florida.

Missionary Ventures’ global headquarters has committed to covering the majority of the costs for attendees to lessen the financial burden on our missionaries. Registration fees include housing and meals throughout the conference. 

In planning your travel, childcare will be provided during active sessions, in addition to free time for you to spend in fellowship with other missionary families. Also note, to help ensure the ease of your travels, if a letter is needed for a visa, we are happy to provide you with the documentation required.
