well it’s been a crazy few weeks! we took over 20 people to a village in Busia (4 hours away) and we ran unto something unexpected, it turned out to be a real spiritual battle. Without going into details, let me just say that we, as believers need to be guarding our salvation. Any one of us can fall into deception if we don’t pay attention. What has happened there is truly heartbreaking and even goes as far as someone trying to literally steal the church we have worked so hard to build. But the Lord told me, “these demons think they have won, but the battle is the Lord’s.” We wrestle not with flesh and blood but with principalities, powers and forces of spiritual darkness. God will not let his people be deceived so easily.
Then, we came back and had crusades every night for 6 days, and even today during the day, i went to minister about 30 minutes away, and then came back to do the crusade. (yup, i am one tired girl!)
No matter what we face, God is always in control and it’s times like these that I take real comfort in that truth.
