The International Leadership Council is comprised of the President of MVI, Vice President at Large, Executive Office Directors and Regional Coordinators. The ILC serves to advise and counsel the President, providing an essential international perspective in the establishment, coordination, and implementation of mission values, methods, and initiatives.
