This October, Missionary Ventures is sending a team to the Yucatán, and we would love for you to go with us.

Scattered across the jungles and villages of the Yucatán Peninsula are hundreds of thousands of Mayans, many still living in the same communities their ancestors have called home for generations. Few have ever heard the gospel clearly presented in a way that speaks to their language and culture.

That’s where Message for the Mayans comes in. MV missionary Gamaliel Gonzalez leads this ministry, bringing the gospel to unreached villages, discipling believers, and building up the next generation of Mayan leaders — one village at a time.

Our team will go to stand with them, encourage them, and work with them this October. We’ll go door-to-door and village-to-village with the gospel, work alongside believers who are already laboring in these communities, and experience firsthand what God is doing among the Mayan people.

The trip includes:

• Evangelism to the Mayan Indian villages
• Light construction on the Message for the Mayans Discipleship Center and various Mayan village projects
• Serving at the local Mayan feeding program
• Sharing the Jesus Film in multiple Mayan villages, with outreach activities at each village
• Participating in services and encouraging the local Mayan Church
• Trip includes a visit to a Mayan Cenote and to the ancient Chichén Itzá Pyramids
