Brad Tubbs is the President & Owner of Willis Construction Consulting, a professional services firm specializing in cost estimating for construction projects across the globe. Brad and his wife Mary have been married since 1987 and are parents of 4 children and 7 grandchildren. An active member of Orlando North Church, Brad’s passion for world missions took root on his first mission trip in 1997, a calling that has only grown since.
Brad and his wife, Mary, share a passion for missions. Together they have traveled internationally with Missionary Ventures, visiting missionaries in their homes, attending global conferences, and leading teams from their local church. These experiences have given them the privilege of seeing firsthand how God is transforming lives and communities through pastors, leaders, and churches around the world.

As Chairman of the Board, Brad is dedicated to stewarding the organization’s mission and advancing its vision of reaching the nations for Christ. In addition to his work at MV, Brad has invested in the next generation through leadership in scouting, mentoring youth in character, outdoor skills, and servant leadership. He also serves as an elder at Orlando North Church in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Brad and Mary were married in 1987 and live in Longwood, Florida. They have four children and seven grandchildren. The Tubbs are, “Grateful for every opportunity to invest in family, faith, and the Kingdom of God.”
