Laurel Ordonez officially joined Missionary Ventures in 2025, though her journey with the organization began in 2018 through her master’s capstone project. Her heart for missions was first sparked on a short-term mission trip that reshaped the direction of her life and professional calling, opening the door to serve God through both business and ministry.

Today, Laurel supports Missionary Ventures through strategic leadership and relationship-building, helping strengthen the foundation that allows missionaries to thrive. She and her husband, Sebastian, live in Sanford, FL, and together they have four sons: Julian, Isaiah, Sebastian, and Orion.
