Every ministry serves the same purpose: making disciples among the nations. Whether strengthening churches, equipping schools, or demonstrating Christ-centered compassion, each ministry contributes to the same disciple-making mission.

Disciples become church leaders
Relational discipleship naturally produces the next generation of church leaders. When individuals mature in Christ, they multiply — planting and strengthening the local church from within.
Strong churches build strong schools
Healthy churches create the foundation for Christ-centered education. Many MV-supported schools grow directly out of church communities — and strong schools send graduates back into the church as leaders.
Compassion opens doors to discipleship
Meeting physical needs creates trust and opens hearts. Compassion ministry without discipleship is incomplete — and discipleship without compassion misses the full expression of the gospel.
Education transforms vulnerable communities
Christ-centered schools serve some of the world’s most vulnerable children — bringing education, hope, and the gospel to communities that need all three. Schools are often the most tangible expression of compassion in a region.

Shawi Discipleship Center
Once led by MV missionaries Joshua and Jennifer Hire in Peru, the center trains new believers in basic discipleship — with a second level in leadership and stewardship, and a Bible Institute for those pursuing post-secondary biblical studies.
Indigenous Training Ministries
Rev. Richard Christensen has established Bible Training Centers across roughly 20 nations — a 29-course, 68-credit program offering an Associate of Biblical Studies degree to indigenous pastors and church workers at no or minimal cost.
Pathways to School Strengthening (PaSS)
MV’s integrated framework guiding schools through assessment, coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning — meeting each school on the pathway, wherever it stands, from start-up to School of Influence.
Reach Out Children's Home
Reach Out Children’s Home in Honduras focuses on reaching low-income children and families, meeting spiritual, physical, educational, and material needs — while employing and supporting many Hondurans in the process.
Transportation ministry
A partnership with the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) provides motorcycles and transportation to pastors and national leaders in some of the most remote places on earth — where a vehicle can mean the difference between reaching a village or not.

Agape Christian Training Center has trained pastors, church planters, and ministry workers across the Philippines for decades — graduates have planted 27 churches there alone.
Brokenness to Breakthrough
Rex and Melinda Guynn’s ministry in northern Uganda has grown into a network of churches, schools, and pastor training — including a CMA motorcycle partnership reaching remote villages.
Decades of Discipleship thru Education
For nearly three decades, MV has walked alongside Alfa y Omega, a small Christian school in the mountains of northern Guatemala.
The Doctor Will See You Now
Juan Pablo and Carolina Noriega lead a small hospitalito in Nebaj, Guatemala, seeing 45 patients a day and praying with every one.
